That realization led to Novus Data Journeys. The name itself reflects the philosophy: Novus means "new" in Latin, representing fresh approaches to data challenges and new beginnings for every client. She brings 25+ years of understanding what makes data initiatives succeed or fail and she’s personally committed to ensuring you succeed.

A seasoned executive leader with deep experience in strategic planning, process improvement, and large-scale system migrations. Mike is a trusted advisor to C-suite leadership, he's known for stabilizing organizations through transition, structuring teams to scale, and surfacing risks early rather than letting them stay hidden. His background spans product management, business analysis, and data-driven operations, grounded in a graduate degree in Information Science.
